In addition to these terms, separate terms and conditions of third-party service providers may apply. They allow access to and use of customer data insofar as this is necessary for the provision of services offered by VaulFi and the customer actively consents to its use.

1. Nature of Services

VaulFi provides a stablecoin-based financial platform enabling users to hold, send, receive, and spend stablecoins through EUR-denominated accounts on a mobile app and card. We facilitate cross-border payments, wallet management, and fiat on/off-ramps through regulated third-party service providers.

Important: VaulFi does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and is not a bank. Use of stablecoins involves financial risk, and users should assess these risks independently.

Our trademark “VaulFi” and logo are registered in the USA as well as in other jurisdictions where the company has operations.

The contents, features and functionalities of this Website (including but not limited to text, graphic, user interface, visual interface, photographs, videos, database, trademark, logo) is the property of VaulFi or its licensors and may be viewed only for your personal, non-commercial use.

No part of this Website may be reproduced, distributed, published, linked or delivered to any other party for any purpose. In no event shall a user acquire title to any software or Website material by downloading it, or otherwise copying it, from the Website.

In the event that any of the terms of these Terms are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such terms will be separable from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Applicable law and Place of jurisdiction

Use of the Website shall be subject to laws of Delaware, USA, which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application, and effect of all the conditions of use set out above, without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware, USA courts.
